Executives from healthcare organizations in Japan visited and observed the hospital business management of PatRangsit Healthcare Group Co, Ltd.

On February 20, 2023, at 3:00PM, the management team of the vocational training program about Healthcare and Wellness, STEM Career Academies program, under the funding of the project “Chevron Enjoy Science-phase 2”, Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., created educational opportunity by granting vocational training scholarships to youth who lack opportunities and funds to have necessary knowledge, skills and characteristics that are up to date with the professional world in the 21st century, as well as promoting and supporting employment, focusing on creating participation of entrepreneurs, communities, social organizations. and educational departments at PatRangsit Hospital 2, Pathum Thani.

Leading by SEAMEO STEM-ED Center, the project initiator, and Edu Park Co., Ltd., the project operator, all executives from healthcare organizations in Japan visited and observed the hospital business management of PatRangsit Healthcare Group, Co., Ltd., with Mr. Ronnachit Yamsaard, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Krishrat Trakulchang, Acting Director of PatRangsit Hospital 2, welcoming and guiding the tour that consists of important organizations as follow:

1. Shonan Social Welfare Cooperative
an organization that operates a nursing home in the western part of Kanagawa Prefecture, centered in Shonan. Japan 

2. Toyo Tecno Co.,Ltd.

For more than 35 years, Toyo Tecno Co.,Ltd. provides renovation services in buildings and venues, cleaning services, Security Services, and Event Organization of national level. Entrusted in sanitation and safety services, they provide employees to hospitals affiliated with the Tokushukai Medical Group, which has more than 75 hospitals in Japan.3. Matsunaga (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

4. Sekisui-SCG Industry Co., Ltd. และ SCG-Sekisui Sales Co., Ltd. 
SCG has more than 100 years of experience in producing high quality construction materials, and always maintaining standards. It has cooperated with Sekisui Chemical, a house building technology expert from Japan that uses robots to assemble houses in the factory with stable quality standards of modular homes and quality service after delivery.

5. Anes Associates Co., Ltd.

Anes Associates Co., Ltd. has more than 10 years of experience in nursing, cardiovascular, thoracic and respiratory systems, together with business operation regarding recruitment in the medical field by recommending anesthesiologists to various hospitals.

6. Special Educaiton Bureau, Office of Basic Educational Commission, Ministry of Education 

a department that responsible for providing education for children with disabilities and the underprivileged who will receive vocational training scholarships in the STEM Career Academies program

7. SEAMEO STEM-ED Center
Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for STEM Education, an initiator of STEM Career Academies program, established to strengthen and develop STEM skills, and to be a regional knowledge center with quality research on STEM education both in Thailand and in member countries in accordance with the government's policy on promoting STEM education: to develop quality human resources that are able to integrate scientific, technological, engineering and mathematical knowledge to solve real life problems. This will also help strengthen the country's potential to be the center of education in the future.

8. EduPark, Co., Ltd.

an Educational innovation organization that operates vocational training programs in Healthcare and Wellness under the STEM Career Academies project, and connecting networks in technical and innovative fields of elderly care between Thailand and Japan

In this regard, the administrators of PatRangsit Healthcare Group, Co., Ltd. concluded the meeting that they are willing to give support as a part of the medical facilities network that will provide practical knowledge to youth in the project, as well as being a place that provide practice experience for youth by a team of hospital’s experts, to support the career building programs for youth in Thailand.
